3rd Timperley Beavers attended Gulliver’s on Saturday 1st October 2016 as part of Greater Manchester North’s 30th Birthday celebration’s. The Beavers enjoyed the rides, we had some real thrill seekers

Following the success of the Decorating Easter Egg Competition from 2014 the event was held again on Friday 27th March 2015.
22 Beavers from 3 groups took par, given a bowl had a choice of a wide variety of sweets to use for the decorating. One overall winner selected by the judges.

On a scary Halloween evening a group of Beavers got together at 4th Hale and enjoyed activities and games.

On a typical summers evening the beavers all came to the pirate themed beaver fun day. They walked the plank, looked for the pot of gold, found the treasure chest and became honorary pirates with their eye patches and hats. In the evening the treat was to watch 4 films beating the world record of 3 set the previous year.
We had a fruitful leaders meeting followed by covering training for leaders on Safety, Safeguarding and introduced to Compass.
The leaders yet again worked as very supportive team, thanks goes to all. …

The Fun Day takes place on Saturday 14th June 2014, 4pm – 7pm, whilst the sleepover starts at 4pm on Saturday and finishes at 8.30am on Sunday 15th June 2014

Sylvia and I were invited to judge the Competition held on Friday 11th April at 4th Hale Head Quarters.
12 Beavers arrived and with great excitement were allotted an Easter Egg. There was an enormous selection of sweet delicacies to dress up the eggs. There were chocolate drops of every hue, m&ms, marshmallows, cheerios, biscuits, chocolate chips and tubes of coloured icing and much, much more!
Each Beaver was given a bowl to put their goodies in, but how to decide what you would use to decorate your egg was an overwhelming …
